MIT Portugal Program will be holding its 4th Conference in Coimbra, June 27th, 2014.
The Conference Chairman Professor António Gomes Martins, and MIT Portugal Program Directors, Professors Dava Newman and Paulo Ferrão, would like to cordially invite you to attend this year’s conference.
Under the motto “New Frontiers for a Sustainable Prosperity”, we will be looking into the future frontiers of science, engineering and technology and how they can contribute to sustainable development through strengthening University-Industry collaborations (a preliminary agenda is available at MIT Portugal Program''''s website).
We will also be hosting a Keynote lecture, Exploring New Frontiers by Translating Ideas into Commercial Impact, by Professor Professor Charles Cooney, (Robert T. Haslam (1911) Professor of Chemical Engineering; Faculty Director, Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation; Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
