We are under a tight schedule, mainly due to the preparation of the proceedings by Springer. If you have already submitted your paper, thank you. If not, you can upload your paper using the Easychair submission system by this deadline.
Although not mandatory, we advise not to include the names of the authors in the paper, thus preserving anonymity.

PAPER SUBMISSIONS Submissions are done using EasyChair Conference Management System. For more information, refer to http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0.S The review process will be double-blind peer review. Papers must be based on unpublished, mature and original work and must be submitted to “ICT Innovations 2013” only. At least one author of each accepted contribution is required to register (registration with conference proceedings) for the Conference. The maximum number of accepted papers per author is two.
