University of Porto is honored to invite you to attend the 12th European Congress on Thermology that will be host by Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, Porto, Portugal, from 5 to 8th September 2012.
The European Congress on Thermology is a joint organization of the EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF THERMOLOGY and AUSTRIAN SOCIETY OF THERMOLOGY.
The EAT Congress provides a friendly environment to bring together those concerned about thermology technology and applications and thus provides a forum for a profitable discussion of the most recent research and technologic advances in this domain.
EAT2012 encourages authors to submit papers to one of the main topics indicated below (not limited to), describing original work, including methods, techniques, advanced prototypes, applications, systems, tools or general survey papers, reporting research results and/or indicating future directions, in temperature measurement techniques and applications:
Civil engineering Industrial Maintenance Thermal Equipment Camera technology Thermal image processing Thermal physiology Alternative medicine Sports medicine Physiotherapy Vascular medicine Pediatrics Thermology history Veterinary medicine Temperature measurements in medicine and biology Forensic and evidence medicine Botanic Rheumatology Surgery Dermatology Functional medicine Fever screening Dentistry
The abstract proceedings will be published as appendix of the Thermology International Journal issue, (cover in color, pages in black and white), and indexed by EMBASE/Excerpta Medica.
