A 2nd International Conference on Explosive and Certification Skills apresenta-se como uma oportunidade para discussão de modelos de formação e certificação de qualificações dos profissionais civis e militares no sector dos explosivos.
Objectives and target The overall objectives of the conference are to contribute to the harmonization of training and qualification of personnel in explosives sector for the development of a transferable certificate of Explosive Competences, through the discussion and sharing of knowledge, as well as experiences on the training and procedure of accreditation of individual competencies. The conference addresses all people occupied and active in the sector of explosives (explosives, propellants and pyrotechnics) from Governmental Agencies, Education Institutions, Employers and Employees Societies, Public and Private Companies in Military and Civil areas.
