The aim of the Conference is to bring together scientists, engineers, manufacturers and users from all over the world in order to provide and exchange information on recent developments and future trends in information technology:

Papers must be written in English using the template provided on the website. All presented papers will be published on-line and in the Conference Proceedings. Hard copies will be distributed upon arrival.
Selected papers will be also published in Advances in Electrical and Computer Engineering - ISSN 1582-7445 - http://www.aece.ro, an ISI Thomson Web of Science Indexed Journal.
PAPER SUBMISSION All papers submitted to the conference must be edited respecting the rules from the template available on the web-site. We strongly recommend the submission of papers by using the OpenConf interface.

DEADLINES February 14, 2010 - Full paper submission March 28, 2010 - Feedback from evaluators and acknowledgement of participation April 18, 2010 - Submission of final paper (modified according to reviewers recommendations) and payment of registration fee
NOTICE The paper will be included in the proceedings book only if presented at the Conference.
REGISTRATION Full registration fee (200 Euro / 150 Euro for the IEEE members) that includes: - the allowance for the conference; - a copy of the proceedings book; - entrance to the cocktail party as well as to coffee-breaks; - a trip in the Northern part of the country.
Discounted fees may be granted in certain conditions, by request (you will be informed when you register). Participants from partner institutions benefit from the contractual facilities. All conference attendees must complete the registration form before the 6th of May 2010.
